The Procurement Hub

This is our frontline for requests. It is a focal point for requirements and queries, establishing new contracts and utilising existing frameworks.

Professional Services

Purchasing the skills and experience from the best in the business. We buy customised expertise and knowledge-based services across a variety of professional areas.

Information Technology

Technology Infrastructure supports and underpins critical activities and a wide range of other diverse customer requirements across the agencies and its partner organisations. Technology Applications supports the organisations in every aspect of what we deliver. We work with cutting-edge technologists to deliver ground breaking solutions to our most complex of problems.

Supply Chain Security

We work with commercial, security, operation as well as our suppliers and customers to protect what we care about most – our National Security.

Provides the business with both a contract management service and a sourcing function, for bespoke construction and service requirements working across the intelligence communities.

Strategic Procurement Specialist
Location: Central London & Cheltenham
Salary: £69,013 - £90,457

We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist who will be influential in taking our Commercial function to its next level. In delivering an agency-wide commercial strategy, you will contribute to the development of an effective approach to procurement which is financially viable and maintains the reputation of the procurement service as a highly professional and enabling support service.

Within this leadership role, you will have ownership for a diverse and challenging portfolio of major procurement projects across a range of services to areas such as frontline operations, IT, HR, and Estates.

Regular UK travel is required for the role.

Senior Procurement Lead
Location: Central London & Cheltenham
Salary: £58,319 - £72,486

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Lead to spearhead a procurement and contracting team at a time of rapid development and organisational change. You will lead and shape key projects and business change initiatives across the commercial function, translating business goals into prioritised and focused requirements for your team to deliver.

This is a unique opportunity to lead team delivery, in a challenging environment, of a diverse and challenging portfolio of major procurement projects across a range of services to areas such as frontline operations, IT, HR and Estates. Regular UK travel is required for the role.

Procurement Manager
Location: Central London & Cheltenham
Salary: £35,736 - £43,186

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Procurement Managers to join our diverse procurement team.

As a Procurement Manager, you will support the Procurement Lead by managing a small commercial team and actively seek to build their capability and enhance the team’s impact; through continuous development of working practices and approaches.

Engaging with customers at all levels, from project managers up to director level, you will provide a responsive, timely, efficient, sustainable and professional procurement service in line with commercial policy. You will work closely with our customers in highly sensitive operational areas, supporting them through the delivery of goods and services. In line with our customer requirements, you will ensure timely delivery of procurement projects against the departmental work plan.

Procurement Lead
Location: Central London & Cheltenham
Salary: £45,341 - £56,163

We are looking for Procurement Leads who will relish the opportunity to have accountability for leading challenging procurement projects in a major category area, such as frontline operations, IT, HR and Estates.

As a Procurement Lead, you will work closely with and support the Senior Procurement Lead and have responsibility for managing an existing portfolio of contract and framework agreements; ensuring the timely delivery of procurement projects in-line with customer requirements.

You will ensure to apply best practice procurement principles when working closely with our customers in highly sensitive operational areas and support them through the delivery of goods and services. There is also a requirement for the Procurement Lead to resolve contractual issues in collaboration with experts when necessary

Regular UK travel is required for the role.

Procurement Officer
Location: Central London & Cheltenham
Salary: £29,577 - £36,611

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Procurement Officers, who will gain exposure to the world of an interesting and dynamic procurement team. Having a direct impact on operational activity, the procurement team lets and manages contracts and procures goods, services and works.

As a Procurement Officer, you will work in a professional procurement team where you will support the Procurement Manager in the timely delivery of a number of procurement projects. Through this delivery work, you will have the opportunity to develop your own procurement and supply chain skills, and promote knowledge and resource sharing with other team members in developing skills and ideas.

Working with Procurement professionals and suppliers, you will support the reviewing of contract performance and delivery to ensure requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
