MI5 proudly supports National Inclusion Week

Published date: 28 Sep 2020

For the fifth year in a row, MI5 is joining in with celebrations of National Inclusion Week, as we celebrate our diverse workforce and reaffirm our commitment to be an inclusive employer.

Director General Ken McCallum said:

“I am glad that MI5 will play its part in National Inclusion Week. MI5 is passionate about harnessing and growing the talents of all sorts of people from all sorts of backgrounds, and committed to ensuring that we are a diverse and inclusive employer.

We are a stronger MI5 when we bring our full selves to work, and work hard to foster an environment where everyone feels able to be themselves and fulfil their potential. We strive to reflect the people and values that MI5 works so hard to protect. This is both the right thing to do, and vital to MI5’s mission to keep the country safe.”
